Orgullosamente Hispano

Interesante y muy variada  la Exposición de  Arte en el Tecnológico de Monterrey campus Puebla, denominada “Enigmas del Alma” (Cuando el Arte Cobra Vida). Les tenemos una pequeña muestra de algunas de las obras que creemos que les gustarán.

Interesting and very ecclectic is the Art Exhibit at the Tecnologico de Monterrey campus Puebla, named “Enigmas of the Soul” (When Art Becomes a Living Thing).  We have prepared a small sample of it which we hope you will enjoy.

Es este mes de Abril, queremos compartir con nuestros lectores la visita a Suzukids en la ciudad de Puebla, México, donde un grupo de jóvenes violinistas y artistas se dedican a impulsar a los niños desde edad maternal  hasta adultos  jóvenes a desarrollar sus habilidades para la música.

We want to share with you a visit we made to Suzukids in Puebla, Mexico, where a group of young violinists and artists dedicate themselves to help children develop, from a very young age, their abilities for music.

Ya estamos en abril y el día 30 celebramos aquí en Mexico, no sabemos si en otros países hispanos también, el Día del Niño.  Por este motivo hicimos un bonito reportaje sobre niños violinistas.

Antes de los cambios climáticos, en abril empezaban los aguaceros de primavera y con referencia a ésto, les traemos unos datos de Tlaloc, Dios de la Lluvia

Como algo muy apetitoso para los Springbreakers, les hemos preparado también un pequeño reportaje sobre  Cancún y la Riviera Maya.

Hemos  querido recordar a nuestro querido Raúl “Ratón! Macías, deportista excepcional y hombre extraordinario quien ha sido el ídolo de varias generaciones de aficionados al boxeo.  ¡Qué en Paz Descanse!

This is April and in Mexico we celebrate Children´s Day.  For this reason we have prepared a post about a  school where children learn to play the violin from a very early age.

Before the climate changes we are experiencing,  we had “April Showers”.  Do not forget to read about Tlaloc – the Aztec God of Rain.

We are remembering Raul Raton Macias, an exceptional athlete, and an   extraordinary human being.  He has been the boxing idol of several generations of fans.  May he Rest in Peace!

As an appetite wetter for Springbreakers, he have also prepared a small post about Cancun de the Mayan Riviera.

Our objective has never been, nor will it ever be, to get involved in politics; but due to the importance of this event, we wish to congratulate the citizens of the United States of America for the happy and democratic transition as president of Barack Obama, a man of great humane qualities who since his campaign has been able to unite his country without any discrimination for race or religious beliefs.

We also congratulate our fellow hispanics who will undoubtedly benefit from his presidency. Barack Obama, from his inaugural speech, has filled us with hope for peace and prosperity.  Congratulations!

Increíblemente hermoso y un lugar para visitar aunque sea una sola vez en la vida, Cancún y la Riviera Maya son un Paraíso para Springbreakers.

Así como las plantas y flores se renuevan cada año tras el Invierno  y los árboles se cubren de brillantes hojas verdes, también nosotros experimentamos un renacimiento de esperanza y optimismo  al llegar la Primavera.  Aún podemos recordar lo dulce que huelen el pasto recién podado y el barro húmedo tras el primer aguacero.

Es tiempo de las vacaciones de Primavera o “Springbreak” como se le conoce y para ésto les preparamos un post acerca de Cancún y la Riviera Maya.

Every year as plants and flowers renew themselves and trees are covered with shinning new leaves, so do we experience a renewal of hope and optimism.  Spring is just a few days away and nothing beats the smell of soil and grass after a rain shower.
